Praude's mandate is value investing across major European equity markets — specifically small and mid-cap names, the segment that won them the 2018 Lipper Award for Hermes Linder Fund. That universe spans thousands of underfollowed tickers across Italy, Germany, France, the Nordics, Iberia and the UK, each filing in their own language, on their own regulator's cadence, with thin sell-side coverage. With a team of fewer than 25 people running UCITS and AIF vehicles domiciled in Luxembourg, Ireland and Malta, the Investment Committee has to triage filings, ad-hoc disclosures, interim reports and local-language news manually. Anything missed is either an idea forgone or a position headline they hear about a day late.
