A purpose-built personalization core for Nementum: psychometric, archetypal, and contextual signals fused into one living profile per user — and an ag...
Nementum's entire promise is that it understands each user 'at a deep level' by fusing psychometric profiling, spiritual systems, and real-time contextual data into personalized insights and routines. That's a beautiful pitch, but it's also a brutal operational problem: each user requires a multi-layer profile (personality, archetype, biorhythm, current life context) that has to stay coherent over months as the user evolves. With a 0-25 person team and a founder simultaneously running web/iOS dev, AI agents, and roadmap, the depth-per-user keeps colliding with throughput-per-user. The moment Nementum scales past early adopters, the 'deep' part either gets diluted into horoscope-tier generality, or onboarding time balloons to the point where activation drops off a cliff.
